Main Agreement definition

Main Agreement means the part of this Agreement that commences on the first page and ends with but includes Schedule A, excluding Section 3(d) (which incorporates this Schedule C into the Agreement).
Main Agreement means all parts of this Agreement other than this Schedule C.
Main Agreement means one or more contracts signed or to be signed in the future between the Data Controller and the Data Processor, which has as its object the assignment of services by the Processor, which requires the processing of Personal Data of Natural Persons collected by the Data Controller while conducting its business activities;

Examples of Main Agreement in a sentence

  • All other terms and conditions of the Main Agreement remain in effect.

  • The duration of the processing will be the term of the Main Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise specified, clauses contained in the Main Agreement shall continue to apply.

  • The term of this DPA corresponds to the term of the Main Agreement plus the retention period provided for therein.
