Financing Agreement definition

Financing Agreement means any lease purchase agreement, installment sale agreement, loan agreement, line of credit or other agreement of the department or, with the approval of the director, and any agency, to finance the improvement, use or acquisition of real or personal property that is or will be owned or operated by one or more agencies of the State, the department or any agency, or to refinance previously executed financing agreements including certificates of participation relating thereto. The School shall not act as a guarantor of any such financing agreement.
Financing Agreement means agreements for financing the Facility or any portion of the Facility.
Financing Agreement means each financing agreement covering Financed Items, other than a CSA, a Secured Note, a Lease or an IPA.

  • If the Financing Agreement provides for the repayment out of the proceeds of the Financing of an advance made by the Association or the Bank (“Preparation Advance”), the Association shall, on behalf of the Recipient, withdraw from the Financing Account on or after the Effective Date the amount required to repay the withdrawn and outstanding balance of the advance as at the date of such withdrawal from the Financing Account and to pay all accrued and unpaid charges, if any, on the advance as at such date.

Financing Agreement means any long-term agreement, lease, installment purchase contract or hire purchase agreement under which the Municipality undertakes to pay the capital cost of property, plant or equipment over a period of time;
