Non-Financed Capital Expenditures definition

Non-Financed Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures paid in cash and not financed with Indebtedness for borrowed money.
Non-Financed Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures not financed by the seller of the capital asset, by a third party lender or by means of any extension of credit by Lender other than by means of an Advance under the Revolving Credit Facility.

Non-Financed Capital Expenditures means, with respect to any Person for any applicable period, the Capital Expenditures of such Person made in cash during such period, excluding any Capital Expenditures paid from proceeds of Indebtedness (other than proceeds of Indebtedness arising from borrowings under the Revolving Credit Loans, the Swingline Loan, or the Floor Plan Loans).
