Swingline Loans definition

Swingline Loans as defined in Section 2.6.

Swingline Loans means the swingline loans made to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.04.

Swingline Loans has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(b).

Examples of Swingline Loans in a sentence

• Within the foregoing limits and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Borrower may borrow, prepay and reborrow Swingline Loans.

• This Section shall not apply to Swingline Loans, which may not be converted or continued.

• Such notice to the Administrative Agent shall specify the aggregate amount of Swingline Loans in which the applicable Lenders will participate.
