By a Third Party. If a third party (“Third Party”) will be responsible for serving the digital Campaigns through such Third Party’s ad server, and such Third Party will track delivery of such Campaigns through its server and, notwithstanding Section 5.1 above, the Third Party’s final audited impression measurements will be used to determine the fees due under this Agreement. If the parties agree to use a Third Party ad server under the terms of this Agreement, Advertiser agrees to provide Station with a user login name and password to access the Third Party’s impression measurements for purposes of verification of such measurements.
By a Third Party. ServiceNow contracts with third-party vendors to perform a penetration test on the ServiceNow application per family release to identify risks and remediation that help increase security.
By a Third Party. Cleafy contracts with third-party vendors to perform a penetration test on the Cleafy application per family release to identify risks and remediation options that help increase security. Cleafy shall make executive reports from the penetration testing available to Customer in Cleafy CORE.
By a Third Party. Supplier contracts with external, industry recognized organizations to perform a penetration test on the internet and internal infrastructure and applications on Company Information Systems (“Pen Testing”) to identify risks and remediation options that help increase security. Supplier shall make executive reports from the Pen Testing available to Buyer within its service communications or upon Buyer request.
