Lease Term definition

Lease Term means the term of this Lease which shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the period specified in Section J of the Summary.
Lease Term has the meaning described in Section 3.01.
Lease Term means the period between the Commencement Date and the Expiration Date (as such terms are hereinafter defined), unless sooner terminated as otherwise provided in this Lease.

  • Landlord shall procure at its expense and maintain throughout the Lease Term a policy or policies of special form/all risk insurance insuring the full replacement cost of its furniture, fixtures, equipment, supplies, and other property owned, leased, held or possessed by it and contained in the Property together with the excess value of the improvements and betterments to the Property, and worker’s compensation insurance as required by applicable law.

  • During the Lease Term, Lessee shall have the right to exclusive possession, control and quiet enjoyment of the Garage Leased Premises subject, at all times however, to the terms and provisions hereof.

Lease Term means the duration of the leasehold estate created by the Lease Agreement as specified in Section 4.2 of the Lease Agreement.
