Examples of Lease Term in a sentence
Landlord shall procure at its expense and maintain throughout the Lease Term a policy or policies of special form/all risk insurance insuring the full replacement cost of its furniture, fixtures, equipment, supplies, and other property owned, leased, held or possessed by it and contained in the Property together with the excess value of the improvements and betterments to the Property, and worker’s compensation insurance as required by applicable law.
If no renewal is made at the end of the Lease Term, the Subtenant: (check one) ☐ - May continue to lease the Premises under the same terms of this Agreement under a month-to-month arrangement.
From and after the Rent Commencement Date until the end of the Lease Term, Tenant shall keep the Premises and every part thereof in good order, condition, and repair, reasonable wear and tear and damage by casualty, as a result of condemnation, or as a result of the failure of Landlord to provide services required to be provided hereunder only excepted; and shall return the Premises to Landlord at the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease Term in such condition as set forth in Section 3.4 above.
The provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration of the Lease Term.
During the Lease Term, Lessee shall have the right to exclusive possession, control and quiet enjoyment of the Garage Leased Premises subject, at all times however, to the terms and provisions hereof.
