Extension Term definition

Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.
Extension Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).

  • From the end of the Minimum Term, the Contract shall automatically be extended for successive twelve (12) month periods (each an "Extension Term") at the end of the Minimum Term and each Extension Term, unless and until a Party gives written notice to the other party to terminate, not later than thirty (30) days before the end of the Minimum Term or the relevant Extension Term, in which event the Contract will terminate at the end of that Minimum Term or Extension Term as the case may be.
