Successful Bidders. Successful bidders shall be allowed no more than thirty (30) calendar days to accept or be accepted into the vacant or newly created job. If an employee is disqualified or disqualifies himself, he shall be returned to his original job classification. Management will give specific reasons for disqualifying an employee.
Successful Bidders. 1. All Preferred Bidders within a Preferred Bundle must fulfil all post evaluation requirements and sign the Connection Offer, the Implementation Agreement and the CADA within the given timescales in order for that Bundle to be named as a Successful Bundle and members of that Bundle will be considered Successful Bidders.
Successful Bidders. Successful bidders will not be eligible to bid for another opening for a period of six (6) months unless it is a retiree posting, or the job an employee successfully bid for is eliminated, or he or she is displaced from the job or where the Union has been informed that the job has been identified for potential elimination.   • E-Bidders intending to authorize any person to execute the Memorandum/Contract of Sale upon successful bidding of the property shall do so by furnishing the following documents to the Auctioneer:

  • Shift Bidding All stations will use voting procedures described below to determine shift bidding. A “show of interest” is defined as fifty-five percent (55%) of affected employees submitting their interest in writing:

  • Eligible Bidders 3.1 This Invitation for Bids is open to all bidders from the eligible countries as defined under the IBRD Guidelines for Procurement. Any materials, equipment, and services to be used in the performance of the Contract shall have their origin in the eligible source countries.

  • Competitive Bidding 3.5.2.1 Bidding Documents shall consist of bidding requirements and proposed Contract Documents.

  • Preliminary Approval Order “Preliminary Approval Order” means the order of the Court preliminarily approving this Settlement Agreement.

  • Bidding a. The Auctioneer reserves the right to regulate the bidding and shall have the sole right to refuse any bid or bids without giving any reason for such refusal.

  • Successful Completion The percent of all Individuals receiving A&D 81 Services who successfully complete treatment must be at least [35%] (unadjusted rate). Successful completion of problem gambling treatment is defined as Individuals who have: (a) achieved at least [75%] of short-term treatment goals; (b) completed a continued wellness plan (i.e., relapse prevention plan); and (c) lack of engagement in problem gambling behaviors for at least [30] consecutive days prior to successful completion of A&D 81 Services.
