Lead Arrangers definition

Lead Arrangers has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
Lead Arrangers means the Initial Mandated Lead Arranger together with and any other bank or financial institution appointed as an arranger by the Initial Mandated Lead Arranger and the Borrower for the purpose of this Agreement.

  • None of the Lenders, the Agents, the Lead Arrangers, the Documentation Agents, or other Persons identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a “co-arranger” shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

Lead Arrangers means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, in their capacities as joint lead arrangers and book managers.
Lead Arrangers as defined in the preamble hereto.
