Arrangers definition

Arrangers as defined in the preamble hereto.

Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, in their capacities as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers for the credit facility established hereby.

Arrangers means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, in their capacities as joint lead arrangers and book managers.

Examples of Arrangers in a sentence

• The provisions of this Section 12 (other than Section 12.1(c) with respect to the Joint Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners and Sections 12.1, 12.9, 12.11 and 12.12 with respect to Holdings) are solely for the benefit of the Agents and the Lenders, none of Holdings, the Borrower or any other Credit Party shall have rights as third party beneficiary of any such provision.

• The Borrower shall pay to the Arranger and/or the Agent (for further distribution to the Arranger and/or the Lenders in the Arranger's discretion) upfront fees in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter.
