Co-Syndication Agent definition

Co-Syndication Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association in its capacity as co-syndication agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.
Co-Syndication Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Co-Syndication Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, neither any Arranger nor any Co-Syndication Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Bank hereunder.
