Joint Lead Arranger means each of JPMorgan, Citibank, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc., Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., MUFG Bank, Ltd., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Bank of Montreal, Truist Bank, and PNC Bank, National Association and, collectively, the “Joint Lead Arrangers.”

  • Subject to 8.1(15)(a)(ix), make or permit to be made by or on behalf of itself or any of its Subsidiaries any press release or other public announcement which mentions the Agent, any Joint Lead Arranger or any Lender without the Agent’s, such Joint Lead Arranger’s or such Lender’s, as applicable, prior written consent and approval of such press release or public announcement, which written consent and approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, except as required by Applicable Law.

  • Neither Syndication Agent nor any Person identified on the cover page of this Agreement as a Joint Lead Arranger and Joint Bookrunner shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty hereunder in its capacity as such.

Joint Lead Arranger means each of BAS, Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, and HSBC, in each case, in its capacity as a joint lead arranger and a joint book manager, collectively, the “Joint Lead Arrangers.”
