Where the Supplier wishes to enter into a new Key Sub-Contract or replace a Key Sub-Contractor, it must obtain the prior written consent of the Authority and the Customer (the decision to consent or otherwise not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
If: the Customer has not notified the Supplier that it objects to the proposed Sub-Contractor’s appointment by the later of ten (10) Working Days of receipt of: the Supplier’s notice issued pursuant to Clause 29.1.2; and any further information requested by the Customer pursuant to Clause 29.1.3; and the proposed Sub-Contract is not a Key Sub-Contract which shall require the written consent of the Authority and the Customer in accordance with Clause 29.2 (Appointment of Key Sub-Contractors).
