Key Personnel definition

Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.
Key Personnel means any Personnel designated in Section 1.031 as Key Personnel.
Key Personnel means those members identified as such of the Contractor’s Personnel in the Specification.

Examples of Key Personnel in a sentence

  • When new Key Personnel are named, the Principal Investigator will notify the Commonwealth Agency in writing prior to charging their time to the project.

  • Service Provider agrees that individuals listed as Key Personnel Exhibit A, if any, are essential to performance of the Services.

  • Consultant must not reassign or replace Key Personnel without the written consent of the County, which consent the County will not unreasonably withhold.
