Call Off Commencement Date definition

Call Off Commencement Date means the date of commencement of this Call Off Contract set out in the Call Off Order Form;

Call Off Commencement Date means the date of commencement of the Call Off Contract set out in the Order Form;

• DUE DILIGENCE The Supplier acknowledges that it: has made and shall make its own enquiries to satisfy itself as to the accuracy and adequacy of any information supplied to it by or on behalf of the Customer; has raised all relevant due diligence questions with the Customer before the Call Off Commencement Date; and has entered into this Call Off Contract in reliance on its own due diligence alone.

• Completed templates for the Supplier and each Sub-Contractor will be submitted by the Supplier with the Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan within six (6) Months of the Call Off Commencement Date and annually thereafter.

• The Supplier shall provide a copy of their Diversity and Equality Policy in accordance with paragraphs 4.5 and 4.6 (and sub paragraphs) of this Call Off Schedule, within six (6) Months of the Call Off Commencement Date, and on any revision within the Call Off Contract Period thereafter.

• The Supplier will provide workforce monitoring data in accordance with paragraph 5 (and sub paragraphs) of this Call Off Schedule, within six (6) Months of the Call Off Commencement Date and annually thereafter during the Term of the Call Off Contract.

• The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Call Off Contract nor be entitled to an increase in the Call Off Contract Charges as the result of a: General Change in Law; Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Services is known at the Call Off Commencement Date.

Call Off Commencement Date means the date specified as such in the Letter of Appointment;
