Legal Fees definition

Legal Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(b) of the Subscription Agreement;
Legal Fees and "COUNSEL FEES" shall include any and all attorneys', paralegal and law clerk fees and disbursements, including, but not limited to, fees and disbursements at the pre-trial, trial and appellate levels incurred or paid by Lender in protecting its interest in the Property, the Leases and the Rents and enforcing its rights hereunder.

Examples of Legal Fees in a sentence

  • The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

Legal Fees means the fees and disbursements of legal counsel, legal assistants, experts, accountants, consultants and investigators, before and at trial, in appellate or bankruptcy proceedings and otherwise.
