HVAC Equipment definition

HVAC Equipment means materials, piping, fittings, devices, appliances, apparatus, controls and control wiring used as part of or in connection with permanent heating, ventilating, air conditioning or exhausting systems serving buildings. HVAC equipment does not include residential bathroom fans and kitchen hoods, water heaters, process heating equipment, and space heat- ers such as masonry fireplaces and chimneys, factory−built fire- places and venting systems, decorative gas fireplaces, and wood− burning stoves.

HVAC Equipment means the heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit and related equipment, duct work, filters and refrigerant gas for the air conditioning unit, but does not include water heaters, equipment and refrigerant gases for refrigerated vaults and cases, and other equipment used in connection with the sale of Inventory from the Store.

HVAC Equipment means commercial and residential mechanical systems which provide heating, cooling, ventilation and/or domestic hot water within a building, to provide a controlled environment for the occupants, whether fuelled by natural gas, electricity or otherwise.

• During the Term of this Lease, as the same may be extended from time to time, Tenant shall be solely responsible for maintaining the Supplemental HVAC Equipment in good working order at Tenant’s sole expense, and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all electricity consumed by the Supplemental HVAC Equipment, as additional Rent due hereunder, within fifteen (15) days after Xxxxxx’s receipt of Landlord’s invoice for same.

• Tenant shall be solely liable for any damages or injury arising out of the installation of the Supplemental HVAC Equipment, and Tenant’s indemnity of Landlord contained in Section 26 shall specifically apply to the installation, operation, maintenance and removal of the Supplemental HVAC Equipment.

• Prior to installing the Supplemental HVAC Equipment, Tenant shall obtain any permits or licenses that may be required in order to install and operate such equipment, and Tenant shall timely deliver copies of same to Landlord.

• Tenant shall not commence operation of the Supplemental HVAC Equipment until Landlord has approved its installation.

• The provisions of this Exhibit shall govern the installation, maintenance and removal of all Supplemental HVAC Equipment installed in the Premises.

The Builder and Enercare hereby agree that the Builder’s obligation to order, and Enercare’s obligation to supply, any equipment under this agreement will arise only as the Builder orders equipment for specific Sites and the orders are accepted by Enercare. HVAC Equipment means heating, ventilating and air-conditioningequipment, facilities and installations;

HVAC Equipment means the heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment servicing the Building.

HVAC Equipment means the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system for the Premises, including any and all related equipment and all HVAC steam, make-up water supply, condensate return, waste, potable water, and thermal fluid supply or return lines.
