Examples of Equipment in a sentence
Hostcomm shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of: income; revenue; profits; sales or business; agreements; anticipated savings; use or corruption of software, data or information; or goodwill (whether such damages were foreseen or not at the time this Agreement was entered into) sustained or incurred in connection with the Equipment or Services furnished under this Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in writing by ADMINISTRATOR, Equipment is defined as all property of a Relatively Permanent nature with significant value, purchased in whole or in part by 25 ADMINISTRATOR to assist in performing the services described in this Contract.
Capital Facilities and Equipment are defined as any facilities or equipment that have a useful life of greater than one year and cost more than $10,000.
The County agrees to provide financing for WCRAS Capital Facilities and Equipment, except as described in section 6 herein.
The costs of the Capital Facilities and Equipment, shall be amortized over the standardized life of said facilities and equipment and incrementally charged to the Parties as part of the monthly Maintenance and Operation Expenses referenced herein.
