Examples of Telecommunications Equipment in a sentence
In the event Contractor identifies covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services used as a Substantial or Essential Component of any system, or as Critical Technology as part of any system, during Contract performance, or Contractor is notified of such by a Subcontractor at any tier or by any other source, Contractor shall report the information in paragraph [(d)(2)] of this clause to the County, unless elsewhere in this Contract are established procedures for reporting the information.
Upon the expiration of the Term or upon any earlier termination of the Lease, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and subject to the control of and direction from Landlord, remove the Telecommunications Equipment, repair and damage caused thereby, and restore the roof to the condition existing prior to the installation of the Telecommunications Equipment, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
The cost of the Telecommunications Equipment and all costs of installing, maintaining and removing the Telecommunications Equipment shall be borne solely by Tenant.
The installation of the Telecommunications Equipment shall constitute an Alteration and shall be performed in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Article 8 of this Lease, and the Telecommunications Equipment shall be treated for all purposes of the Lease as if the same were Tenant’s property.
