Major Equipment definition

Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.
Major Equipment means all generation equipment and components required for the Facility to achieve Commercial Operation by the Commercial Operation Date Deadline.
Major Equipment has the meaning set forth in Exhibit I.

Examples of Major Equipment in a sentence

  • Seller retains absolute discretion as to which items of the Major Equipment of the Facility are operated to generate and deliver (i) the quantities of Net Energy and Ancillary Services to be delivered to Buyer from the Contract Capacity and (ii) the quantities of Net Energy and Ancillary Services to be delivered to any third party purchaser from the Remaining Capacity.

  • If an Event of Default by Seller described in Section 10.1.2.2 shall occur, Buyer shall have the right to enter the Facility and do all such things as Buyer may consider necessary or desirable to remedy such situation or to improve the availability of the Contract Capacity, including making any repairs to the Major Equipment or the Facility.

  • Delivery of an Availability Notice by Seller to Buyer with respect to any item of Major Equipment declared Available shall be deemed a declaration that all Ancillary Services capable of being provided from such Major Equipment are available for the Days for which such Availability Notice shall be effective.


More Definitions of Major Equipment

Major Equipment means equipment set forth on Schedule #1.
Major Equipment means large mechanical and electrical machinery or apparatus including specifically electric and steam driven chillers, steam condensers, boilers, cooling towers, steam/hot water converters, deaerators, chilled and condenser water pumps systems, and related electrical switchboards and motor control centers, plus major parts of the above including, but not limited to, compressors, speed reducers and increasers, motors, heat exchangers, and related electrical switches and starters. For the purpose of providing Major Equipment Failure Insurance coverage pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, major equipment shall specifically exclude other mechanical and electrical machinery powered by motors of less than 100 horsepower, other heat exchangers and systems components, and appurtenances.
Major Equipment means solar panels and inverters, including, if applicable, direct current module optimizers.
Major Equipment shall be as defined in the Scope of Work (Exhibit A). “Major Equipment Warranties” shall be as defined in Section 7.4.
Major Equipment means all solar photovoltaic modules, trackers and inverters required for the Facility to achieve Commercial Operation by the Commercial Operation Date Deadline.
