Group Health Plans definition

Group Health Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(c).
Group Health Plans as set forth in Section 4980B of the Code and Part 6 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA with respect to any Company Benefit Plan to which such continuation coverage requirements apply.

More Definitions of Group Health Plans

Group Health Plans as set forth in Section 4980B of the Code and Part 6 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA (sometimes referred to as "COBRA") with respect to any Employee Plan to which such continuation coverage requirements apply. There has been no material violation of the health insurance obligations imposed by Section 9801 of the Code and Part 7 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA (sometimes referred to as "HIPAA") with respect to any Employee Plan which is a "group health plan" (as defined in Section 5000(b)(1) of the Code and Section 706 of ERISA) to which such insurance obligations apply (including the requirement that certificates of creditable coverage be provided to certain employees and their dependents).
Group Health Plans means the Holiday Inns, Inc. Life Insurance and Health Care Benefit Plan.
