Disposition Expenses definition

Disposition Expenses means reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Servicer in connection with the sale at auction or other disposition of a Leased Vehicle by the Servicer.

Disposition Expenses means expenses and other amounts reasonably incurred by the Servicer in connection with the sale or other disposition of a Matured Vehicle or a Defaulted Vehicle, including but not limited to sales commissions, and expenses incurred in connection with making claims under any Contingent and Excess Liability Insurance or other applicable insurance policies.
