Litigation Expenses definition

Litigation Expenses means costs and expenses incurred in connection with commencing, prosecuting and settling the Action (which may include the costs and expenses of Plaintiffs directly related to their representation of the Settlement Class), for which Lead Counsel intends to apply to the Court for reimbursement from the Settlement Fund.

  • Plaintiffs and/or Class Counsel will file a motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment and Class Litigation Expenses Payment no later than sixteen (16) court days prior to the Final Approval Hearing.

  • A Class Counsel Fees Payment of no more than $293,333.33 (1/3 of the Gross Settlement Amount) and a Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment of no more than $20,000.

More Definitions of Litigation Expenses

Litigation Expenses means the reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Lead Counsel in connection with commencing and prosecuting the Action, for which Lead Counsel intends to apply to the Court for reimbursement from the Settlement Fund. Litigation Expenses may also include reimbursement of the reasonable costs and expenses (including lost wages) of Lead Plaintiffs in accordance with 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4(a)(4).
Litigation Expenses means the sum of the costs, disburse- ments and expenses, including engineering fees and, notwith- standing s. 814.04 (1), reasonable attorney fees necessary to pre- pare for or participate in proceedings before any court.
