Due Diligence definition

Due Diligence means examinations, inspections, investigations, tests, studies, analyses, appraisals, evaluations and/or investigations with respect to the Property, the Documents, and other information and documents regarding the Property, including, without limitation, examination and review of title matters, applicable land use and zoning Laws and other Laws applicable to the Property, the physical condition of the Property, and the economic status of the Property.
Due Diligence means the efforts required to be undertaken by a holder of unclaimed property to find the rightful owner of such property before the property is delivered to the division.

  • The Purchaser shall notify the Vendor in writing prior to the Due Diligence Date, if it has any valid objections to the Vendor’s title to the Lands (the “Objections”).

More Definitions of Due Diligence

Due Diligence means to conduct or cause to be conducted an investigation of all aspects of property proposed to be acquired and/or developed using OHV Trust Funds, including investigating the suitability of the property for the intended use, and all critical facts and assumptions used in developing the proposed Project that would assist in evaluating the success of the Project in providing OHV Recreational opportunities and to avoid and/or minimize potential risks that could impair the future sustainability of OHV Recreation.
