Customer Works definition

Customer Works means the works (if any) to be carried out by or on behalf of the Customer and specified as such in the Quotation, the Order and/or the Relevant Annex (as the case may be);

Customer Works means any works to be carried out by the Customer or the Customer's contractor excluding the Contestable Connection Works, as set out in the Specific Conditions.

Customer Works means the works and materials provided to the Company by the Customer, or by any third party acting for or on behalf of the Customer, for incorporation into the Website;

Examples of Customer Works in a sentence

• Customer shall be solely responsible for data maintenance, integrity, retention, security, and backup of Customer Works.

• Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this license grants to Customer a non-transferable, non-exclusive personal right and license for the Customer and their consultants and subcontractors to use, copy and modify the Licensed Dataset for internal database development, to create Customer Works and Customer Derivative Works, to distribute Customer Works and Customer Derivative Works to a Single End User third party solely for use in the Licensed Field of Use for a Single Program.

• The Customer shall on receiving notice from SHEPD immediately suspend the Customer Works or any part thereof.

• Customer grants to COMPANY, during the Term, a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to Customer Works and Customer’s trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names, but only to the extent required to deliver and allow use of and/or render HAProxy Edge CDN Service pursuant to this Agreement (including the right to sublicense to COMPANY’s product and service providers).

• Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this license grants to Customer a non-transferable, non-exclusive personal right and license for the Customer and their consultants and subcontractors to use, copy and modify the Licensed Dataset for internal database development, to create Customer Works and Customer Derivative Works, for use in a Single Corporation (multiple US office) solely for use in the Licensed Field of Use for Multiple Programs.

More Definitions of Customer Works

Customer Works means the works and materials provided to Inspire by the Customer, or by any third party acting for or on behalf of the Customer, for incorporation into the Website;

Customer Works means a Work, trade secret, trademarks, moral right, or other domestic or foreign intellectual property right owned by any one or more of IBM Customer entities that is used to provide the Services.

Customer Works means the works specified as such in the Authorisation and intended to be connected to the Cadent gas transportation system by the Works.

Customer Works means the works to be completed by the Customer specified in item 15 of Schedule 1.

Customer Works do not include the integration of the Licensed Dataset to create derivative works where the Customer creates value added product bundles within which the Licensed Dataset is included as part of the overall solution product.

Customer Works shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(f).
