Custom Software definition

Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
Custom Software means Software developed as a Deliverable or in connection with the Agreement.
Custom Software means Software that does not meet the definition of Commercial Software.

Examples of Custom Software in a sentence

  • All Custom Software and all Experimental Software shall be deemed “Software” for purposes of the general restrictions outlined in section 4.1, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations identified in this Agreement.

  • Additionally, Experimental Software which is not delivered under an early access license and any Custom Software obtained from Blackberry is subject to licenses and restrictions identified in section 5 of this Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Custom Software

Custom Software means any software developed by the MCO: for HHSC; in connection with the Contract; and with funds received from HHSC. The term does not include MCO Proprietary Software or Third Party Software.
Custom Software means any software developed by the HMO: for HHSC; in connection with the Contract; and with funds received from HHSC. The term does not include HMO Proprietary Software or Third Party Software.
