Current Term definition

Current Term means the longer of (i) the two year period beginning at the time of termination or (ii) the unexpired term of this Agreement at the time of the termination, determined as provided in Section 2 but assuming that there is no automatic extension of the Agreement term after the termination. For purposes of this Section 13.D. and Section 13.E., "Change in Control" means a change in control as defined in Employer's 1998 Long Term Incentive Plan.

Examples of Current Term in a sentence

  • If Customer rejects the Offer in the manner directed in the Offer, Customer's Accounts will be returned to Utility service at the end of the Current Term.

  • In data fields requiring an entry of a date ( e.g., Table C-5, Date of Change) or year (e.g., Table C-5, Term Expired or Current Term will Expire), enter as “mmddyyyy” or “yyyy”.
