Initial Period definition

Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;
Initial Period or “Initial Offering Period” means a period determined by the Management Company during which Units will be offered as mentioned in Clause 1.8 of this Offering Document.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Booking Form either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions by providing the other with written notice no less than three months prior to the end of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Term; such notice shall cause the relevant agreement to terminate at the end of the Initial Period or the then-current Renewal Period.

Initial Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
