Examples of Initial Term in a sentence
The Provider reserves the right to increase the User Subscription Fee by five percent (5%) after the expiration of the Initial Term or during any Renewal Period.
At the end of the Initial Term, unless either Party gives the other Party a Notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew at the Provider’s then current fees for one (1) additional successive term equal in length to the Initial Term (the “First Renewal Term”), unless terminated earlier under any of this Agreement's express provisions.
Thereafter, the Subscription Term shall automatically renew for successive periods (each a “Renewal Term”) equal to the Initial Term, unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
Notwithstanding the second sentence of this paragraph, if the Initial Term commences other than on the first day of a calendar month, Tenant pays the prorated Rent for such partial calendar month concurrently with the payment of the installment for the first full calendar month of the Initial Term.
If the Initial Term commences other than on the first day of a calendar month or ends other than on the last day of a calendar month, Rent for such fractional month is prorated.
