Initial Term definition

Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Initial Term means the time period defined in §2.B.

Examples of Initial Term in a sentence

  • The Provider reserves the right to increase the User Subscription Fee by five percent (5%) after the expiration of the Initial Term or during any Renewal Period.

  • At the end of the Initial Term, unless either Party gives the other Party a Notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew at the Provider’s then current fees for one (1) additional successive term equal in length to the Initial Term (the “First Renewal Term”), unless terminated earlier under any of this Agreement's express provisions.
