Employment Period definition

Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

Employment Period means the period during which Executive is employed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Employment Period in a sentence

• During the Employment Period, the Company will reimburse the Employee up to $22,000 annually for assistance with financial planning, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

• During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be eligible to participate in and receive benefits under the Company's employee benefit plans, policies and programs applicable generally to other Senior Management, subject to the Employee's satisfaction of all applicable eligibility conditions of such plans, policies, and programs.

• The Employee's employment shall terminate automatically upon expiration of the Employment Period if either party gives written notice of non-renewal as set forth in Section 2.

• Commencing with fiscal year 2025, during the Employment Period, the Employee will be eligible to participate in and receive an annual bonus award (the "Annual Bonus") under an annual incentive program established by the Company.

• During the Employment Period, the Employee shall receive a base salary at a rate of $650,000 per annum, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings, payable in accordance with the regular payroll practices of the Company, but not less frequently than monthly.
