Employment Period definition

Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

Examples of Employment Period in a sentence

  • During the Employment Period, the Company will reimburse the Employee up to $22,000 annually for assistance with financial planning, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

  • During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be eligible to participate in and receive benefits under the Company's employee benefit plans, policies and programs applicable generally to other Senior Management, subject to the Employee's satisfaction of all applicable eligibility conditions of such plans, policies, and programs.
