College Personnel definition

College Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the College together with the College’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, College’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
College Personnel means part-time and full-time employees, all other agents of the College.
College Personnel means all employees of the College who work either on the campus or on other property used for educational purposes by the College.

  • The employee shall request a review by the College Personnel Appeals Committee (PAC), a three (3) member committee comprised of one (1) member appointed by the College President, one (1) member appointed by the President of the Association, and one member appointed by the President of the College with the approval of the Association.

  • At least one Full Clinical/Teaching Professor must serve on the relevant College Personnel Committee when faculty in those tracks come up for promotion.

  • Faculty will be hired pursuant to WAC 131-16, Washington State Community and Technical College Personnel Standards.

Related to College Personnel

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Professional Technologist means a person holding registration as Professional Engineering Technologist in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Wildlife officer means any individual authorized by a participating state to issue a citation for a wildlife violation.

  • Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.

  • Management Employee means an employee in a position having significant responsibilities for formulating district policies or administering district programs. Management positions shall be designated by the public school employer subject to review by the Public Employment Relations Board.

  • Development Officer means the Development Officer appointed by the Council of the Municipality.

  • Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Procurement Officer means the Buyer's contracting personnel, as identified in the Introductory Materials.
