Development Officer definition

Development Officer means the Development Officer appointed by the Council of the Municipality.

Development Officer means a person appointed as a Development Officer pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

Development Officer means an official of the municipality, appointed by Council to assist Council to administer this By-law.
