Car Parking definition

Car Parking. The Hall is sited on a public road and this must not be obstructed. All visitors to the Hall are requested to park their vehicles in the Village Car Park in Xxxxxxxxx Road, a few yards up the road. There are 2 parking spaces at the front of the Hall for Disabled Parking only.
Car Parking means the space in the car parking area of the building complex/project expressed or intended or reserved by the Developer for parking of motor cars/scooters/other vehicles more particularly described in Part III of Schedule A hereunder written..
Car Parking means the provision of such car parking space(s) in such areas in the vicinity of Emirates Stadium as may be notified by the Club from time to time;

Car Parking has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.4 of Schedule 1; "Car Parking Rent" has the meaning ascribed in Schedule 4, Part B;

With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • parking bay means any area of a parking place which is provided for the leaving of a vehicle and indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place;

  • parking attendant means a person authorised by or on behalf of the Council to supervise any Parking Place;

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;

  • Heritage Building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;
