Heritage Building definition

Heritage Building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;
Heritage Building means and includes any building of one or more premises or any part thereof and/ or structure and/or artifact which requires conservation and/ or preservation for historical and/or architectural and/or artisanary and/or aesthetic and/or cultural and/or environmental and/or ecological purpose and includes such portion of land adjoining such building or part thereof as may be required for fencing or covering or in any manner preserving the historical and/or architectural and/or aesthetic and/or cultural value of such building including rock formations;
Heritage Building means a building listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register, or could qualify for listing on the Vancouver Heritage Register.
