Examples of Areas in a sentence
The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
The Promoter, on receipt of complete amount of the Price of the [Apartment/Plot] under the Agreement from the Allottee, shall execute a conveyance deed and convey the title of the [Apartment/Plot] together with proportionate indivisible share in the Common Areas within 3 (three) months from the issuance of the occupancy certificate*.
Only those brands issued by STATE for use on timber sold under this Contract shall be allowed on the Areas of Operations at any time.
Library reserves the right at its own expense to make such additional improvements, alterations, renovations, and repairs to, in and about the Common Areas and other portions of the Property as Library deems desirable or necessary; provided that such additional improvements, alterations, renovations or repairs do not unreasonably interfere with or impede upon Xxxxxx’s occupancy and use of the Premises.
Library shall make repairs and replacements and perform maintenance and custodial service necessary to maintain the Common Areas in good order and repair, including interior and exterior common areas and lighting, driveways, sidewalks and parking areas.
