CAR PARKING SPACE. 1. To park private vehicle(s) only at the Premises. If the Tenant is allocated a car parking space, the Tenant will only park in the space allocated to the Premises.
CAR PARKING SPACE. The Buyer agrees that the open/covered parking space allotted to him for exclusive use shall be understood to be together with the Flat and the same shall not have independent legal entity detached from the said Flat. The Buyer undertakes not to sell / transfer / deal with the reserved parking space independent of the said Flat. In case the Buyer has applied for and has been allotted an additional parking space, the same can also be transferred only to an owner of other Flats in the Complex and in no circumstances the additional parking space can be transferred to an outsider.
