BOMA Standard definition

BOMA Standard means Method A (Exterior Wall Methodology) of the standard for measuring floor area in industrial buildings, published by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2012 (ANSI/BOMA Z65.2 – 2012);
BOMA Standard means the publication entitled ‘Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in the Office Buildings’ as approved June 7, 1996, by American National Standards Institute, Inc., as identified by the publication reference ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996 and where the context requires, means the terminology and methodology described therein;

BOMA Standard means the American National Standard method of measuring floor area in office buildings of the Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI BOMA Z65.11996)
BOMA Standard shall have the meaning given such term in Section 19(f).
BOMA Standard. Means the American National Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996 published by the Building Owners and Managers Association International. As a point of clarification, the floor area within the elevator lobby on any floor of the Building fully leased by Tenant shall be included in the calculation of Usable Area on such floor, and the BOMA Standard shall be so construed.
BOMA Standard refers to the Building Owners and Managers Association standard for measuring a single tenant office building (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996).
BOMA Standard means the standard method for measuring floor area in office buildings as sanctioned by the Building Owners and Managers Association International which is set out in Section 1.01(d), provided that the Landlord may, at any time after the fifth anniversary of the Commencement Date of the Term, at the Landlord’s discretion and upon notice in writing to the Tenant, substitute for this standard any subsequent standard of measure published by BOMA or by any organization or authority performing a function similar to that performed by BOMA.
BOMA Standard is defined in Section 1.02.
BOMA Standard. As used herein "Rentable Square Feet", "Rentable Area" and/or "Rentable Square Footage" shall be the amounts determined by Landlord, based upon calculation of usable areas and rentable areas in accordance with the BOMA Standard, as a result of Landlord's Confirmation. Following Landlord's Confirmation (i) Landlord shall deliver a copy of Landlord's Confirmation to Tenant for Tenant's review and confirmation, and (ii) Landlord will set forth the final measurements in a Commencement Letter in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
