Usable Area. The term “Usable Area” means the usable square footage area determined in accordance with the American National Standard Method for Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, XXXX X00.0-0000, published by BOMA.
Usable Area. The “Usable Area” of premises on a single-tenant floor and/or multi-tenant floor shall be determined pursuant to guidelines generally established by the Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996.
Usable Area. Usable Area" is computed (i) with respect to multi- tenant floors, by measuring to the finished surface of the Premises side of the corridor and other permanent walls, to the center of partitions that separate the Premises from adjoining Usable Areas, and to the inside finished surface of the dominant portion of the permanent outer building walls, and (ii) with respect to single tenant floors, by measuring to the inside finished surface of the dominant portion of the permanent outer building walls, excluding major vertical penetrations of the floor. Deductions are not made for columns and projections necessary to the building.
Usable Area. Lessee's approximate "usable area" is Specified in Basic ------------------ Lease Information #4. It is the office space outlined and shaded in Exhibit A. -------------------- Such areas is measured from the interior of the exterior walls and the exterior glass lines of the building to the middle of the remaining perimeter walls of the office space. This is in accordance with the BOMA International Standard of Floor Measurement.
Usable Area. For purposes of calculating rent and prorating expenses, the "usable area" of the Leased Premises is One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Four (1,724) Square Feet.
Usable Area. Promptly following the date Tenant approves the Construction Documents, Landlord's architect shall calculate the Usable Area of the Premises for purposes of establishing the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance.
