Basis Points definition

Basis Points means an arithmetic expression of a percentage measured in hundredths of a percent (e.g. 50 Basis Points equals fifty hundredths of one percent).
Basis Points. An amount which is equal to 1/100th of one (1%) percent. For example, one and one-half (1.5%) percent equals 150 basis points.
Basis Points for the purposes of this Note, shall mean the percentage points added to LIBOR for purposes of determining the rate of interest this Note shall bear for any Interest Period.
