Examples of Accrued Obligations in a sentence
If, during the Employment Period, the Executive’s employment shall be terminated by the Executive (other than on account of Good Reason), the Company shall pay to the Executive the Accrued Obligations.
The Company may terminate the Executive’s employment at any time for Cause upon written notice to the Executive, in which event all payments under this Agreement shall cease, except for any Accrued Obligations.
If, during the Employment Period, the Executive’s employment shall be terminated due to the Executive giving a Non-Renewal Notice, the Company shall pay the Executive all Base Salary and benefits to which the Executive is entitled pursuant to Section 6 through the Date of Termination and the Accrued Obligations.
