The Contractor’s payments per encounter are automatically calculated within the report (Accrued Amounts divided by Encounters), as are the Equivalent PPS Payments (Encounters multiplied by the PPS Rates).
Nevertheless (and regardless of whether the General Release has been executed by the Executive), upon any termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall be entitled to receive any Accrued Amounts, payable after the date of termination in accordance with the Company’s applicable plan, program, policy or payroll procedures.
