Accenture Data definition

Accenture Data means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

If Supplier processes Accenture Personal Data in the course of providing Deliverables to Accenture or fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement, Supplier will: (i) only process Accenture Personal Data in accordance with the written instructions of Accenture or to the extent reasonably necessary for the performance of the Agreement, and at all times in compliance with applicable laws; (ii) provide full cooperation and assistance to Accenture in ensuring that rights of individuals under applicable laws (including GDPR) are timely and appropriately addressed, for the fulfilment of Accenture’s obligations to comply with such laws; (iii) make all reasonable efforts to ensure that Accenture Personal Data is accurate and up-to-date at all times while in its custody or under its control, to the extent Supplier has the ability to do so; (iv) fully assist and cooperate with Accenture and its clients in ensuring their compliance with applicable laws, including Articles 32 to 36 of GDPR where applicable. Supplier will make available to Accenture and/or any supervisory authority all information necessary to demonstrate Supplier’s compliance with the Agreement and applicable laws, and allow for and contribute to audits and inspections conducted by Accenture; (v) not retain any Accenture Personal Data for longer than is necessary for the performance of the Agreement or as required by applicable law; and (vi) ensure that any sub-processor(s) must be bound by a written agreement that includes the same data protection obligations as set out in the Agreement.
Accenture Data means Buyer data or have the meaning set forth in the Agreement, or if no term is defined, then “Accenture Data” shall mean all information or data collected, stored, processed, received and/or generated by Provider in connection with providing the applicable Provider Services to Accenture and (ii) “Provider Services” shall mean the Technology and the Professional Services or have the meaning set forth in the Agreement and also includes any other services provided by the Provider under the Agreement, and shall include any software and equipment provided by Provider (including third party software and equipment) required to access the Provider Services or provide the Provider Services.

Examples of Accenture Data in a sentence

  • Supplier shall maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to Authorized Personnel.

  • Supplier shall maintain policies and standards for the use of cryptographic controls implemented to protect Accenture Data.

  • Supplier will: (i) maintain an inventory of the assets of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored.

  • Supplier will also use Industry Standard encryption to restrict access to Accenture Data stored on physical media that is transported outside of Supplier's premises.

More Definitions of Accenture Data

Accenture Data means all information or data collected, stored, processed, received and/or generated by Provider in connection with providing the applicable Provider Services to Accenture and (ii) “Provider Services” shall mean the Technology and the Professional Services or have the meaning set forth in the Agreement and also includes any other services provided by the Provider under the Agreement, and shall include any software and equipment provided by Provider (including third party software and equipment) required to access the Provider Services or provide the Provider Services.

Related to Accenture Data

  • Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Service usage data of CLEC’s Customer, measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units or otherwise, that is recorded by CenturyLink AMA equipment and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.

  • Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
