Written Instructions definition

Written Instructions means (i) written communications actually received by the Custodian and signed by an Authorized Person, (ii) communications by facsimile or Internet electronic e-mail or any other such system from one or more persons reasonably believed by the Custodian to be an Authorized Person.
Written Instructions mean written instructions signed by an Authorized Person and received by PFPC. The instructions may be delivered by hand, mail, tested telegram, cable, telex or facsimile sending device.

Written Instructions mean (i) written instructions signed by two Authorized Persons (or persons reasonably believed by PFPC Trust to be Authorized Persons) and received by PFPC Trust or (ii) trade instructions transmitted by means of an electronic transaction reporting system which requires the use of a password or other authorized identifier in order to gain access. The instructions may be delivered electronically (with respect to sub-item (ii) above) or by hand, mail or facsimile sending device.
