The professionalism and experience of VET Educators will be fed into University decision making processes through workplace collaborations such as work unit, Discipline and School Meetings. Outcomes for the various duties will be discussed and documented as part of the Performance Review. The principles and guidelines of this clause will be applied in a transparent and equitable manner.
