Common use of Voluntary Termination by the Employee Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination by the Employee. The Employee may voluntarily resign or terminate his employment hereunder by transmitting a written Notice of Termination to the Bank at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such resignation/termination. All compensation and benefits, to or for Employee, shall cease and terminate on the effective date of resignation/termination.

Voluntary Termination by the Employee. The Employee may voluntarily resign or terminate his employment hereunder by transmitting a with the Bank during the term of this Agreement for any reason other than Good Reason upon at least 60 days' prior written Notice of Termination notice to the Bank at least thirty (30) days prior Board, in which case the Employee shall receive only his compensation, vested rights and employee benefits up to the effective date of such resignation/his termination. All compensation and benefitsEmployee's failure to give 60 days' prior written notice will, at the Bank's discretion, make Employee liable for the costs related to or for Employee, shall cease and terminate on the effective date of resignation/terminationhiring a suitable replacement.

In the event of such voluntary termination hereunder, the Employee shall receive only his compensation, vested rights and employee benefits up to the effective date of such resignation/his termination. All compensation and benefits, to or for Employee, shall cease and terminate on the effective date of resignation/terminationexcept as otherwise required by law.

All compensation and benefits, to except as otherwise required by law or for Employee, shall cease and terminate on the effective date as provided under subparagraph (f) of resignation/terminationthis Section 10.
