Common use of Voluntary Termination by the Employee Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination by the Employee. The Employee may terminate employment voluntarily upon reasonable notice to the Employer. If the Employee terminates employment voluntarily, the Employer shall have no further obligation under this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination by the Employee. The Employee may terminate employment voluntarily upon reasonable notice to the Employer. If the Employee voluntarily terminates employment voluntarilythe Employment Term other than by reason of Constructive Termination, then the Employer Employment Term shall have no further obligation under this Agreementterminate and the Employee shall be entitled to: (i) the Employee’s Base Salary through the date of termination; and (ii) any bonus payable prior to the date of termination.
