Common use of Section 6.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.3. 32 Employees assigned the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification employee for more than 33 two (2) consecutive days will be paid at the Step 1 rate of the higher classification or their previous 34 rate of pay, whichever is greater.

Section 6.3. 32 37 Employees assigned the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification employee for more than 33 38 two (2) consecutive days will be paid at the Step 1 rate of the higher classification or their previous 34 39 rate of pay, whichever is greater.

Section 6.3. 32 12 Employees assigned the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification employee for more than 33 13 two (2) consecutive days will be paid at the Step 1 rate of the higher classification or their previous 34 14 rate of pay, whichever is greater.

Section 6.3. 32 20 Employees assigned the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification employee for more than 33 21 two (2) consecutive days will be paid at the Step 1 rate of the higher classification or their previous 34 22 rate of pay, whichever is greater.
