The Parties share an interest in ensuring that transportation improvements identified through environmental review or planning studies are included in their respective capital programs. Prior to annual Commission adoption, the Port shall review its Capital Improvement Program (CIP) with City staff. The Port agrees to identify projects that may impact local access when reviewing their CIP project list.
