Project Team. To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

With respect to any action, decision or determination which is to be taken or made by County under this Contract, the County’s Designated Representative may take such action or make such decision or determination or shall notify Engineer in writing of an individual responsible for and capable of taking such action, decision or determination and shall forward any communications and documentation to such individual for response or action. Actions, decisions or determinations by the County’s Designated Representative on behalf of County shall be done in his or her reasonable business judgment unless express standards or parameters therefor are included in this Contract, in which case, actions taken by the County’s Designated Representative shall be in accordance with such express standards or parameters. Any consent, approval, decision or determination hereunder by the County’s Designated Representative shall be binding on County; provided, however, the County’s Designated Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend or terminate this Contract, an Executed Work Authorization, an executed Supplemental Work Authorization or executed Contract Amendment. County’s Designated Representative shall not have any authority to execute a Contract Amendment, Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization unless otherwise granted such authority by the Xxxxxxxxxx County Commissioners Court. Project Team. The Owner, Construction Manager, Design Consultant(s), any separate contractors employed by Owner, and other consultants employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The constitution of the Project Team may vary at different phases of the Project. The Project Team will be designated by Owner and may be modified from time to time by Owner.
Project Team. 13.1 The Principal Applicant and the Institution undertake that the Project shall be performed by members of the Project Team who have been approved in writing by the Government for the purposes of performing the Project.
Project Team. The Professional shall use the Project Team (including any consultants) as designated in Exhibit C. The Professional shall not remove or replace any members of the Project Team, except upon approval by the Owner in writing based upon good cause shown. Further, if any member of the Project Team discontinues service on the Project for any reason whatsoever, Professional shall promptly replace such team member with an individual approved by Owner, in writing, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Project Team. The Construction Manager shall use the Project Team identified on Exhibit C. The Construction Manager shall not remove or replace any members of the Project Team, except with the written approval of Owner based upon good cause shown or as directed by Owner as provided hereunder. Further, if any member of the Project Team discontinues service on the Project for any reason whatsoever, Construction Manager shall promptly replace such team member with a qualified individual approved by Owner, in writing, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
