Common use of Other Leave With or Without Pay Clause in Contracts

Other Leave With or Without Pay. 24:01 Bereavement Leave For the purposes of this Clause, “immediate family” means father, mother (or alternatively stepfather, stepmother, or xxxxxx parent), brother, sister, spouse (including common- law spouse permanently resident with the employee), child (including child of the common-law spouse) stepchild or xxxx of the employee, father-in-law, mother-in-law (including common-law spouse’s father and mother or alternatively stepfather, stepmother or xxxxxx parent), grandchild, and other relative(s) permanently residing in the employee’s household or with whom the employee permanently resides. Leave request must indicate relationship with deceased.
